Helping Coaches & Educators grow their business with predictability in sales and spaciousness in their calendar without big team or more time.
I am the Founder by Sireen Assafiri
And you wonder why you are overwhelmed!π
The key here is to identify the money-making activities each role plays in your business and to prioritise those π
Curious to know where do you feel you spend most of your time in business?
Comment belowπ
ππΌThatβs all βπΌ
βπΌ Take note If you are the person behind the business than business will be personalβ¦.
Yes the business strategy is business- but be warned what impacts you lady will impact how you show up & apply the strategy to your business.
As your coach I canβt and wonβt make you do anything. But I will support you in applying the strategy in business that is going to help you WIN & this is the one rule I tell all my clients.
You need to lean in & block out all the other shiny objects bcoz if you donβt then:
1. You will continue to feel scattered, overwhelmed & stuck
2. And open the door for more confusion by allowing other people (coaches, competitors, friends or family) perspective who know nothing about how to help you apply the right strategy to get you to your business goals, which will simply become a distraction and you will lose all traction you built with your coachπ
Working with a coach isnβt a quick fix.
Working with a coach is a collaborative partnership.
Working with a coach is meant to be your safe space where you bring things up around your business (& personal) and where your coach helps you identify gaps & sift through βall the thingsβ so that have you clarity around your next stepβ¦..
So be warnedβ¦. If you want to see your ROI in your time, energy & money and WIN in Business- itβs time you get yourself a coach & LEAN IN π€π«³

π What's the Scoop? π΅οΈββοΈπ€
As a Business coach myself, who has invested significantly in my own coaching and personal development as well as working with clients I know how valuable this guidance can be to help clients achieve their goals, and make a positive impact. π©βπ«β¨
On the other hand, I've seen the damage these coaches have caused.
π So, how can you do due diligence (aka. stalky stalk) when looking for a good coach?
1οΈβ£ Research their Experience: Look for certifications and testimonials. Ask yourself have they got the experience that aligns with what you are trying to build in your business?
2οΈβ£ Trust Your Intuition: Pay attention to your instincts during initial conversations or consultations. Ask them questions about the process of working with them and their own experience. Now let's be very clear This is not an opportunity for free coaching/strategy advice it's about asking them questions about their methodology or framework that is going to help you go from A to B.
3οΈβ£ Ask for Referrals: Reach out to past clients who have worked with the coach you're considering. Asking them specifically about their experiences but also whether they are being compensated to recommend them. To be clear having a "referral or affiliate system" is not a bad thing, it's more for you to be aware of so you can consider all the facts.
Educating entrepreneurs on the type of support you can access online is a space I'm so passionate about because I know when you have the right tools you can make empowered decisions. If you're ready to unlock your next level of growth in business then shoot me a DM and I'll address all your Q's π
How many roles do you play?

πΈ Payments in Business: Not Always Rainbows and Unicorns
This is your chance to level up like a CEO and look at your payment systems as a way to introduce a more efficient process so that when you DO get flooded with payments (or declines) you & your team have a strategy to manage them.
A simple strategy allows you to remain in control so that you know what to do and when to do it, avoiding the "loopty loop cycle".
Copy my Payment Collection Strategy:
1οΈβ£ Have a contract! If you are doing business you should have terms & conditions that clients must agree upon when purchasing your service/product. Legal contracts will allow you to lay out your payment expectations, deadlines, and consequences for late or declined payments.
2οΈβ£ Automate! Use tools to track payments and send auto reminders. This removes you from being the "first point of contact" at each & every decline. Instead, tools like Stripe & PayPal allow you to reattempt multiple times which alone often rectifies the issue without needing to contact your clients.
3οΈβ£ Be prepared and proactive in contacting your client in writing. So in the instance that multiple reattempts have failed, you now need to contact your client. Do not assume they intentionally haven't paid instead reach out reminding them of the legal T & C or offer alternative ways in arranging payments.
BONUS:
If you haven't already purchased legal contracts and would like some contacts to Australian law firms then shoot me a DM and ill connect you.
And if you're ready for Growth which looks like multiple payment notifications lighting up your phone then book your 1:1 with me today on the link in bio.π€©
πBreak Free from the Loop! π
It feels like an endless loopty loop that leaves you feelingπ€’π€’π€’
But what if I told you, ABSOLUTELY everyone you see online experiences this no matter their business experience or confidence.
I like to think of it as, you are about to unlock your next level of growth when they begin to show up πͺβ¨
So I'm going to let you in on three ways to break free from the loop and help you move through imposter syndrome & self-doubt:
1οΈβ£ Embrace Your Journey: Remember, growth is a process, and it's normal to have doubts along the way. Embrace the ups and downs, knowing that every step forward counts, regardless of how small it may seem.
2οΈβ£ Celebrate Your Wins: Take time to acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, big and small. Recognise your skills, knowledge, and unique perspective that brought you this far. You are more capable and deserving than you realise!
3οΈβ£ Seek Support and Community: Surround yourself with a supportive network of like-minded individuals. Connect with fellow entrepreneurs who understand your challenges and can offer guidance, encouragement, and a fresh perspective.
Most importantly remember if you are experiencing it then know that there are others too!
You do not need to do business alone! π
Comment below one tip you have to share with your fellow business bestie on how you conquer self-doubt & imposter syndrome πππ

Create an SOP with me.
π‘ Think about every step you do after the client has signed the contract & paid the first invoice. Great! Now open a word doc and start typing out the process or create a visual walk through by doing a loom video.
The client onboarding process is an easy one you can delegate to your team to manage, or even automate over 60% of this process via Dubsado.
Here is an example of what the client onboarding SOP could look like:
Upon Contract signed & Invoice is paid:
β Send an email with a copy of the contract & copy confirmation of receipt
βοΈ Save a copy of the client contract & invoice in client Folder X in google drive
β Send "welcome onboarding & next steps" email
βοΈ Email template example
βοΈ Pre-call questionnaire example
β Send an email with a scheduler to book in the first call
βοΈ Block out time to Prepare before client onboarding call
βοΈ Onboarding call walkthrough form/checklist example
βοΈ After the onboarding call send the client an email " next steps"
βοΈ Email template example.
β Send Follow up email
βοΈ Email template example
An SOP is meant to be detailed and so as much detail you can include the easier it will be to delegate this process to your team. As indicated in the example above, you would break down or link to the relevant forms/checklists and emails that are involved in this process.
What does your client onboarding process look like?
I take my coffee very seriously! βββ
Like no sugar and all type serious.. But I must admit...I tried decaf once, to try and calm my nerves before hosting my goal planning workshop last month. As caffeine adds to your nerves and all... Personally I didn't really taste the difference, and the workshop was an amazing hit! πππ
Love to know your thoughts on decaf? π
Oh my goodness PLEASE tell me I am not the only one that struggles with managing a business, family & house duties! π©βπΌ π©βπ§ π‘
Anyone out there with some words of wisdom to help me? π‘π‘

Okay, want to know how to save a TONNE of effort when onboarding a new team member?
β Create SOPs. Have clear step by steps guidelines ready for your new team member to review
β Plan for their first day. Set aside time for you to welcome them and walk them through your team onboarding procedure (π another SOP you should have in your business)
β Provide Support. Set aside time for check ins and how they can reach you in between those times if they need support.
β Avoid Micromanaging. Allow autonomy, by building trust and defining clear expectations.
Look, I might be biased being in the industry but working with an OBM will save you so much effort and stress. I can support you in developing this above process into an SOP or even manage your new team member.

Hmmm... what's your thoughts on this? πππ
Personally when I get a bad coffeeβ, I just go to another place and buy another....β
Comment below π what do you do when you get a bad coffee?
This month, I've had 3 conversations with fellow small business owners who have decided to go back to employment and put their small businesses on the side. They felt like they had failed and this really hit home with meβ¦
It is not π
ββοΈ a failure to step away from your business. Every day we are making decisions, decisions that are right for us and for our family. πͺ
These decisions are not easy and nor is running a small business. I'm going to keep this short and sweet, but whatever you decide, its exactly that.. your decision. You know what's right for you and your family.
And whenever your ready to start a business, remember you've done it before so you can totally do it again! πͺ
Here to support you always and my DM's are always open β€οΈ
Comment below π if you agree.
β Reminds you why you started your business!
We work together on the BIG Picture and together, we prioritize what it is we need to do now to move the needle closer towards your goals. When your doing all the day to day tasks, you will quickly fall out of love with the reason you stared your business. This is why you need to invest in outsourcing the things you do not love.
β β β β β β β β β
β Your time.. This is invaluable!
We literally can not make more of it and we can never get it back. But with an OBM in your corner you can actually step away from your business and know that things are still in motion and your business is being taken care of!
β β β β β β β β β
βManages your team.
Making sure they are on task and on track. You cannot do it all, you need a team and your team needs management. An OBM works as the GO TO person for your team, removing the need for you to have to delegate things to multiple people and follow them up... Your OBM has got you boo!
βYour business confidante, cheerleader and best friend...
An OBM is someone who is with you by your side, believes in your vision and is there to drive the mission with you!
β β β β β β β β β
YOU are the intellectual property, YOU are what your clients need! With the right OBM by your side you will be able to offload those higher levels parts of your business and know that your business is being taken care of while YOU focus on how you can better SERVE your clients, creating that new offer and increasing the revenue of your business! π°π°π°

Let's jump right in..
What are Standard operating procedures aka. SOPs?
SOPs are documents that outline step by step instructions of a business activity. Usually in the form of a text document or video and can be both. πβΆοΈ
Every business activity should have a documented SOPs this allows for easy access instructions for your team to follow. They will form the foundations of any successful business.
π‘ Think about when you need to train a new team member in a certain task, that is forming a verbal SOP. Imagine how much time you would save having this procedure documented and not having to repeat it to every new team member.
How do I create an SOP? π€
An SOP should be a living document, to allow for it to change and be updated as your business grows. Introducing new technology or software into your business will change how a certain procedure is followed. For example right now if you do not have a CRM system to automate your client onboarding, your client onboarding could have many more steps. For that reason I encourage you create it in word format not PDF. Images and short videos are useful also.
Where should they live? π€
I suggest two versions. The original version saved in your shared drive and the link to access this document in your project management tool for quick and easy access.
Type of SOP's you need to have in your business:
β¨ Client onboarding
β¨ Team onboarding
β¨ Project Management
β¨ Blog Management
β¨ Podcast Management
β¨ Social Media Content Management
Ask me in the comments π what you want to know about SOP's.

Why are you rushing? πββοΈπββοΈ
Just slow down, take a minute & catch your breathβ¦
You will get there, whatever it is you are working so hard for..
YOU
WILL
GET
THERE
Slowing down has never been one of my strengths, but last week I was forced to. I was working late in my office when I had to drop everything and rush my son to the ED. God bless he is ok. π
But the big word that stood out for me was. Grateful.
π Grateful to have created a life where I didnβt have to call into the office and ask permission from my boss to have a day off.
π Grateful that I am building a business around my children, my family & my lifestyle.
π And soo unbelievably grateful to the doctors and nurses π¨ββοΈπ©ββοΈ who are working ridiculous amount of hours and in really stressful conditions to take care of us.
Today I want you to take a moment and share what you are grateful for.
