Hello all my beautiful followers and clients, I will be closed 25Oct to 3 Nov while I take some leave and go on a much needed holiday with my family.

I look forward to returning after refreshing my soul and body for all your reiki needs 🥰

Many different experiences can cause grief.

When a loved one passes
Miscarriage or infant loss/stillbirth
A friendship that has dissolved
Divorce or separation
Children leaving the family home
Losing or moving on from a job
Closing the door on any part of your life even when you know it’s right, can have its own form of grief.

I ask that you be kind to yourself and allow yourself to grieve the loss you are experiencing no matter how big or small it may seem. If it means something to you, it matters.

Don’t trivialise your own loss. It is yours and yours alone.

Reiki brings in that inner feeling of peace, calm and tranquility 💕

When you release what isn’t right for you, or isn’t right for you ahymore, you create space for what is right for you.

Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day

Sending love and healing to all of those mothers and fathers who have experienced a loss

My daughter Iris was born sleeping after a quick 3hr labour at 23 weeks. Nothing could have prepared me for the emotional roller coaster that was going to became a kart of my life.

Today I offer a free 20min distance Reiki to anyone who have suffer a pregnancy or infant loss.
