UFC 305 is on this week, and it’s helped spiked up sales hard!!! We’ve prepared even more as the last UFC Perth event helped us break records

We’re getting so many east siders coming through our doors because of articles amazing articles like this in such magazines including The Sydney Morning Herald and Australian Gourmet Traveller and Qantas Magazine QF Travel Insider

Here’s one of the sketched designs of what Bon Marche may look like - Le Vietnam on the right.

The whole project is to bring the building back to its original heritage form. It’s going to take a couple years and you can definitely see some progress when you come by.

Eventually our front door (currently to the right of the shop) will be moved to the centre

I remember a heap of old gen Perth Vietnamese people telling me… “do something so well that when others see your success, they will jump on the same bandwagon and formula, …but don’t fear of that because you will just become busier because of them”

Our busy time is actually getting busier and busier.
Rush is getting earlier and earlier, but don’t fear, the queue still moves super quick.

Humbly thankful 🙏🙏🙏

Probably one of the most magical things I’ve seen til this day and me and Em were so happy to be able to share it with our fambam.

As we had to close for building construction and loud noises, we got last minute flights to Melbourne and adventured onto Mount Buller 🏔️

❄️ First time ever seeing snow falling and the ground covered white flakes was soooooo soft! Imagine the ice shaves on desserts… kinda like that… but so delicately softer.

One of the greatest feelings is seeing Keanu’s face so lit up from seeing snow in real life… to him, it was just like the movies… but real!!

At Le Vietnam, we’re surrounded by carrots 🥕 and yet we still forgot to bring one for this trip for our snowman 😅

Just a reminder we are back next week 05/08/24 as there is some construction work happening all week at Bon Marche Arcade (the building we are located in) - gonna be a lot of noise etc

The ball is starting to roll with the revamp of the building so I’ll post some pics here and there as things progress - it’s really exciting project.

What a century apart roughly looks like ❤️

Hey fam, we’re getting massive influx of bulk orders this whole week, just a reminder, we are only CLOSED FOR ONE WEEK 😅

To put it this way, our 4 day trade (Mon to Thu) has already exceeded a normal 5 day trade (Mon to Fri).. so tomorrow is going to easily break record ❤️

🔴🔴 we will be CLOSED ALL NEXT WEEK (Jul29-Aug02) as the whole building is getting some major renovations.

You may hear some loud drilling and jack-hammering throughout causing a lot of vibrations - but so glad they are kind enough to not do it during our service time.

This is the arcade attached to Le Vietnam.

After a lot of loud jack-hammering lifting up the current tiles to discover the original tiles underneath revealing the words “Bon Marche” - built in 1901.

It’s going to take some time but plans are to bring the originality back and polish it all up.

We’ll take some snaps in between to show you all the progress

Our weekend was super filled with lunch/dinner with family and friends so I’m still in a food coma 😅
