Don't anticipate your future by your past and we only lose when we stop trying in the present. I consider myself a planner since birth and always plan things out. I regard "Poltics, Psychology and Technology" as the biggest challenges in the road to success. I have always believed in the saying of Rabindranath Tagore "If no one comes along with you, go ahead yourself." What I achieved no longer matters as my willpower and faith powered me to do what I wanted to do. At least I wouldn't regret that I didn't try to fulfil my dreams. In the last few years I have primarily focused on problem solving and finding the best solutions in quickest time and minimum cost. Business has taught me how to sacrifice and the value of money and how to explore various ways to make my money work hardest for me. I have learnt instead of fighting with the world, how to rather change and defend myself intelligently. Wishing a very colourful Holi to my 14000+ connections in more than 100+ countries and to others who secretly like me, follow me and spy on me but never express ! I consider Holi as a sacred festival which reminds the win of positivity over negativity with the colours of joy. Unfortunately, its sanctity is challenged by the intoxicated rude & rough behaviour of people celebrating it who don't care to cross all boundaries of a civilised society. Even the current global situation is no better than the rule of power instead of rule of law. May the Goddess of Knowledge give us wisdom to overcome anticipated Global Recession, COVID waves, High Inflation, World War and what not. Actually, the wish list is too long. I often hear people complaining they couldn't resolve an issue because of money. I would advise them to think how much money did Mahatma Gandhi have? He had a truthful well-thought strategy to unite the country at a time when the literacy rate was perhaps well below 50%. He succeeded in his innovative revolutionary idea not with nuclear weapons but with non-violence. Why can't we just have such faithful universally true strategies to unite the world falling apart where everybody is suffering? Ego is pacified by knowledge and not with revenge, money or insatiable desires. So I recite these lines I was taught in Kindergarten for the worship of Goddess of Knowledge
कलुष भेद तम हर प्रकाश भर
जगमग जग कर दे ।
वर दे, वीणावादिनि वर दे ॥

Every year 6th January , on the anniversary of my company I analyse why did I start it and how did I perform? I get the same answer - trees don't grow overnight, they undergo years of seasoning to achieve maturity and long-term sustainability besides just bearing fruits. Resources slowdown, COVID and now war not only killed humans and snatched their employment, it also uprooted hundreds of thousands of businesses around the world and is not over yet ! To survive all this besides facing wilful harm, unfair competition, dirty politics and what not is nothing less than a feat - glory so to say. From solopreneurship to hiring hundreds of freelancers for tasks , from gaining physical & digital experience in all enterprise aspects and expanding customer base from local to more than 35+ countries - all lead me to the very first starting point - financial freedom, work-life balance and self-satisfaction. I do feel today the time needed to achieve this could have been lot shorter if the environment and people were not so resistive. A big thank you to my professional network in more than 100+ countries for your continued inspiration 🙏

We are looking to hire a "Business Development Manager" with solid contacts in the Asia Pacific Region primarily Australia, New Zealand, India and Gulf countries. The candidate would be not only responsible for generating leads but actually able to close the deal and get the consultancy service contract signed. On offer is the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world and a package as a fixed percentage commission on the value of the agreement signed paid over the duration of the projects once started.
