2024 WAVL STATE LEAGUE - ROUND 13: REDS v NORTHERN STARS / SOUTHERN CROSS

Our teams hit the court this weekend against Northern Stars and Southern Cross in two huge State League encounters.

Loftus Recreation Centre is the place to be from 10am this Sunday to catch both teams in action, so come on down and get behind your Reds State League Men and Women!

Reds Youth and Kids Holiday programs are back this school holidays!!

Our Kids (Year 3-6) and Youth Development (Year 7-12) Holiday Programs take place from the 8th to 12th July and include development clinics and gameplay options for both age groups.

Reds Holiday programs are fun, high energy and will help improve your volleyball skills and gameplay this holidays with help from our state league athletes and specialist coaches.

The Reds State League Men will be looking to make up for their Round 7 defeat at the hands of Balcatta when the two sides meet for the final time this season.

It’s a huge Saturday for our State League teams as they return to Aquinas College for Round 11 of the WAVL season.

From 1:30pm, the Reds Reserves teams will be in action before our League Men and Women battle it out in two important clashes against Chequers from 5:30pm.

Volleyroos set to take on Challenge Cup for Women – Volleyball Australia The 2024 AVC Challenge Cup for Women starts next week in Manila, Philippines with a 14-strong Volleyroos team selected for the tournament.

OPEN SESSIONS ARE BACK!

Tonight is the first session with the opportunity over the next 2 weeks to get in some open practice or gameplay, with the potential of continuing depending on numbers and venue availability.

After the continual growth of YVL – Kids, Perth Reds are excited for the Term 2 competition. YVL – Kids offers the opportunity for kids to participate in one of Perth’s only weekly leagues for this age group.

YVL – Kids is an 8-week modified volleyball competition for primary school aged children, that is high energy, fun and assists in volleyball development.

Australian Volleyroo Tom Heptinstall is back for a 3 week Outside & Opposite Hitter Development Program as part of the Luke Perry Volleyball Academy beginning this Monday night!

Congratulations to Cassie Dodd on being named the 2024 Southland Conference Freshman of the Year!

Cassie is playing for NCAA Division 1 outfit Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders Beach Volleyball where the team recently finished as regular season champions.

Cassie and her team will now line up for the Islanders in the Southland Championships from April 19-21 in Houston, Texas.
