Do you know what your doing in the gym?
Do you know what you should be eating?

Are you training hard with your program or just winging it?, going heavy on the weights or sweating up a storm with cardio. News flash: While that's critical to your ultimate success, it's just not enough for you to lose the excess fat.

To reach your get-lean goal, you must also follow a get-lean diet, filled with the best foods to burn fat. Why? Even if you work out hard for an hour every day, that still leaves 23 more hours for you to wreck all your hard work in the gym with just one slip-up: a measly handful of chips, or a burger at lunch. Diet is a huge, so to speak, part of the fat-loss equation. It's the backbone of your entire plan, the foundation of a hard body.

Starting a rigorous exercise plan is clearly a key part of achieving your healthy lifestyle goals, but it’s important to remember that working out can only get you so far. At least as important is a healthy diet, and a healthy diet doesn’t just mean cutting out on Friday night takeaway binges. You need to keep an eye on what you’re eating at all times, so to help you out, im currently writing

Eat adequate protein. ...
Focus on bodyfat, not weight. ...
Be accountable. ...
Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. ...
Get into calorie deficit.
Get a PT then can help you get results.

Training with Chris Watkins getting those hamstrings working. Best way to perform the standing leg curl is to Adjust the machine lever to fit your height and lie with your torso bent at the waist facing forward around 30-45 degrees (since an angled position is more favorable for hamstrings recruitment) with the pad of the lever on the back of your right leg (just a few inches under the calves) and the front of the right leg on top of the machine pad.
Keeping the torso bent forward, ensure your leg is fully stretched and grab the side handles of the machine. Position your toes straight. This will be your starting position.
As you exhale, curl your right leg up as far as possible without lifting the upper leg from the pad. Once you hit the fully contracted position, hold it for a second.
As you inhale, bring the legs back to the initial position. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.

It’s important to remember that the back muscles are supposed to be the primary focus when performing pullups. Doing partial reps doesn’t allow the lats to come to a fully lengthened position between reps, which encourages the arms to kick in and do most of the work. If you can’t do as many pullups from a full hang, make it your new starting point. Even finishing the rep with a slight bend at the elbow isn’t ideal.

12 Days in a coma.

Life threatening injuries after a motobike accident. Doctors said she should be a vegetable and will be in the hospital for 10 months in a wheelchair. Extensive brain injuries 46 kilos after being bed ridden.

(BUT) besides all the injuries Eden overcame this mighty hurdle and is now on a full Recovery
