El Toro takes a multidisciplinary approach to fitness. Blending strength training and cardio into a seamless and high intensity circuit means you get to target more than one fitness goal at once.

BOX, GLUTES, CORE: The ultimate lower body strength and conditioning workout, blended with our usual boxing stations to push your legs, glutes and core to the next level.
Two things are for certain; There’s going to be sweat. And there’s going to be a plank.

BOX AND BURN: A fiery way to start the week, Monday’s sessions are an intense wake up designed to get you motivated for the week ahead. Available across 2 morning and 2 afternoon sessions.
Push yourself to the limit. And then do it again.
Our 45 minute boxing workouts are there to ignite power and release stress, whether it be the first thing in the morning or at the end of the day.
Stepping out into the weekend made a whole lot better by rounding out the workout week with Saturday’s 7.30am burner.
