**Why is Client Data Extremely Important to Have? 📊**

Today we reviewed some of our client's effort ratings and I can honestly say that these back-to-back maximum efforts definitely matched the output we saw in each of their private coaching sessions.

As coaches, we couldn't be happier knowing we get full commitment from our members. Work ethic gets results!

Collecting client data is crucial for several reasons. Here's why client Effort Rating data is extremely important to us. We can:

💙 Look after client welfare: Maybe they're having an off week due to external reasons or injury. It allows us to check in with the client, and sometimes, it can be exactly what they need.

💻 Specific programming: Tailor workout programs to meet individual needs and goals depending on past data and results. Effort ratings can vary depending on the difficulty or restriction levels of a program.

💁‍♂️ Accountability: Track progress and motivate clients to stay on course. Their effort is often an indication of results to come. Light effort vs. max effort can be the reason results are hard to obtain.

Nunnie is one determined, disciplined, and incredible lady! She has definitely had a fair share of injuries and setbacks over the last couple of years. Going through those surgeries is a real-life changer, and it can certainly get you down... but she bounced back and continued to amaze us with her grit!

📈 The stats dont lie! I don't think I have ever seen a more committed person walk through our doors. Her compliance and effort rating over 5+ years is actually phenomenal!!! There is no wonder why she is still moving and grooving at the age of 65! This lady still does burpees with a smile! 😁

Nunnie, just like all our members, you are valued, and we are so proud of you. 👏 Keep pushing yourself!
