2C coconut water
1/4C apples, chopped
1/4C beetroot, peeled & chopped
1/4C carrots, peeled & chopped
1/4C lemon, peel/pith removed
2 tbs The Ginger People® Ginger Juice

Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
2. Strain, refrigerate & enjoy daily.

Note: Makes 8 servings. Consume within 2 days. Left-over shots can be frozen. This recipe can also be made ahead of time, frozen into ice cube trays and thawed out at a later date.
