Registration and Pre-race preparation at Telegraph Point ,Log Wharf Reserve. Beautiful sunny morning after a week of rainy days. How lucky we were with such a nice weather
Paddlers are getting ready for the start of the 25km fun paddle/competitive race in all the different kind of self-propelled watercrafts. This year we had competitors in such a variety of crafts like: quadruple scull, coxed four, double scull, single scull, sea kayak singles and doubles, touring kayaks, stand up paddle boards, surf skis, outriggers (OC1, OC2), we only missed the dragonboats and the surf rowers.
Paddlers joined us on this lovely day from all over NSW, from Sydney to Gold Coast. The fastest competitors finished the 25km course in just less than 1hour and 36minutes, while the casual paddlers took their time enjoying the sunny day and the surrounding of our waters ways. Thank you soo much for everyone who joined us, and helped us running the event! See you next year!!!
