Here are 5 powerful ways to release those trapped emotions:

Try deep breathing tonight—inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to rise, hold for a few seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth. As you breathe out, let go of all the tension and emotional clutter you’ve been holding onto.
