MEET CARLA 👋🏻
Hi, I’m Carla originally from Brazil, currently living in Australia, I’m a certified Yoga Instructor, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage Therapist and a Pilates student and instructor in training. I’m strongly enthusiastic about body movements, food as medicine and nature.
Yoga has been part of my life since 2005 and I love sharing my knowledge, helping people to relax, to connect with their inner peace and breathe with intention.
During my pregnancy, I learned ways to make my yoga journey easier and enjoyable. I became passionate about hypnobirthing and it is my pleasure to help other women to achieve this natural transformation in my pregnancy yoga classes.
I agree that touch nurtures the body and soul, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage is another tool that I like to present. It is a magnificent holistic approach that brings relaxation and harmony to the whole body from head to toe.
Surfing and Pilates are also part of my weekly ritual and I find these compliments my yoga practice. When I got introduced to Pilates, it was love at first roll down. I’m now finishing my certification and excited to keep on sharing the Pilates repertoire to inspire others.

Last month, ten of our NSW based clubs proudly partnered with OzHarvest, a food charity dedicated to preventing food waste and delivering meals to people in need.🌟
We reached an impressive activation of YOU (our members) and the community of well over 100,000 visits which was almost a 20% increase over previous visits for the period. We'd like to say a massive thank you to all of our amazing members + their friends for training in our clubs. 💙
Earlier this week we proudly donated $5,000 to OzHarvest, enabling them to provide an incredible 10,000 additional meals to those in need.
