As the year is closing off you are being asked to take time to yourself, breath and reflect. It is very easy to get caught up in the negative - not realising that every bad situation has a positive side to it.
What lesson did you learn from this? Was the toxic person removed from your life for a reason? Were you running yourself down for a job you didn't even like?

Reflect & forgive - forgive yourself for the role you played, forgive another for what they said or how they handled a certain situation.

We are all human & we all make mistakes. You will find most people just want to be loved & accepted, and in the process they might say or do the wrong thing.

Do not isolate others for their mistakes. Do not isolate them for their opinions & choices.

My name is Abbey, I'm 24 years old and I live in Melbourne, Australia.
I have been in touch with my spiritual side from a very young age. Growing up with a psychic mum meant I was always encouraged to embrace who I am, she has been my biggest inspiration and teacher throughout my journey.
