The team are moving along strongly with some final concrete finishes to the exterior.
A full skyline "capless" system installed, full supply and install of lightweight cladding to upstairs which has been finished in a light polished concrete grey colour.

Rough cast finishes to pool side wall and opposite side backyard feature wall.

Builder and owner are stoked with the progress!

This home once complete, will be one of a kind once internal lime plasters are finished to bathroom and main hallway wall.

We love playing around with cool designs! Another large project awarded to the Flash Rendering team. Client has requested a finish very similar to an Intonnachino finish (messy trowel look) which will have all "high trowel marks" flattened off once near dry.
Once again the team pulled through like always with the goods.
2023 looks to be a year full of these new bold looks and features!

Exciting times ahead for our clients on their home in Sorrento. The Clients have requested a light grey concrete colour finish. All the walls have been screeded and plumbed for a super flat finish ready for the final coats. The Flash Rendering Pty Ltd team are off to a flying start for 2023!
