Looks like I have managed to grow these large white tulip oyster mushrooms cloned from a wild harvest in Up State Washington. They have a meaty texture with a deep sweet umami flavor. Going to try to add these to my weekly fresh harvest.

We were very please to be able to supply Adrian and his crew with local fresh grown produced harvested the day before they were all cooked. Thank you Adrian and Wilbys for your patronage to this small local business.

Xmas Shiitake. For a mushroom that prefers 5 to 15 degrees, in Rockhampton they fruit at 30 to 35 degrees. These Eucalyptus moluccana logs were inoculated 2 years ago.

First attempt at some velvet pioppino mushrooms. Can't wait to get them in a creamy risotto. Looking forward to selling these at the Rocky Sunday Markets
