On the weekend we had the privilege of watching another historic showdown between Frenchville Football Club and Nerimbera Football Club. If you know the long standing rivalry between clubs, you know how big this game was!

Tomorrow, Friday 12th of July we're inviting everyone to come and join us to experience Valor Performance Centre 🖤

Our members are encouraged to bring a friend along to train for free tomorrow for any of our ValorFit classes 🌪
(5am, 6am, 9:30am and 4:30pm)

Then from 5:30pm we will have open mat sparring, where we welcome members from all clubs to come along and get some rounds in with the team! 🥊

We'll be firing up the BBQ and having some delicious snags from our mates at Frenchville Quality Meats. Everyone is welcome to bring some drinks along to sip on, while you watch people punch on for fun 😁🤩🔥

Come down and see what we're all about! Have a yarn, meet some new people, and watch some amateur martial artists in their element 🤼‍♀️
