๐ฅ MORNING class added at 10am Muaythai for Everyone 60mins on Thursdays.
๐ฅ LADIES ONLY class added at 6:30pm for 60mins on Fridays.
Remember:
โข Tuesday and Thursdayโs are for beginners/intermediates and only require 12OZ gloves.
โข Monday and Wednesdays are for more advanced students and require to have their own 16OZ gloves, 12OZ gloves, shin guards and mouth guards. You must be fit enough and willing to participate in this class in its entirety.
โข All juniors must own 10-12OZ gloves, shin guard and body shields.
โข Saturdays are for sparring if you want to join this class speak Dave or Paul to see if youโre ready.
Please talk to any of our coaches on where to purchase these items. We have some of these in stock.
ALWAYS bring a water bottle and towel.

First time doing Golden Bay ladder today! We completed 10 laps โ๏ธ
Point peron will still always be my fave but this was a great challenging workout and even better that itโs so close to home
Thanks Piera for being my workout buddy and listening to me going on about how we have to do at least 10 laps up or I wonโt be satisfied ๐๐
