Smoothie bowls are such a convenient way of getting essential nutrients into your diet and below I have listed a recipe I’ve been using lately! Feel free to give it a go and let me know how it turns out 🙌🏻

Directions:
1. Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain.
2. Add a bit of coconut or almond milk and protein powder (optional), and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
3. Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
4. Best when fresh, though leftovers can stay in freezer for 1-2 weeks. Leave to thaw before enjoying!

Ingredients for smoothie bowl:
- 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana (sliced and frozen)
- 2-3 Tbsp light coconut or almond milk
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)

Ingredients for toppings:
- 1 small banana
- 3-4 strawberries
- 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp shredded/crushed nut of your choice
- Extra fruit (optional)

Try this healthy muffin recipe as a more nutritious alternative for when you’re craving something sweet 🧁

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a 12-cup muffin tray with paper cases.
2. In a larger bowl, whisk the eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract together until well-combined. Stir in the mashed bananas and milk.
3. In a seperate bowl, combine the rolled oats, wholemeal flour, baking soda, cinnamon and walnuts, if using.
4. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon, until just combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly between the 12 cases.
6. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle of the muffin comes out clean.
7. Leave the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the muffin pan. Turn out carefully onto a wire rack to cool completely. If you like you can top them with a slice of fresh banana. Enjoy!

Struggling for healthy dinner options? Try this delicious burger recipe 🍔

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Toss sweet potatoes with oil and 1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper in the prepared pan. Bake, turning occasionally, until tender and brown. 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, combine ground beef, mushrooms, and the remaining 1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, about 4 inches in diameter.
4. Preheat grill to medium.
5. Oil the grill rack. Grill the burgers, covered, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer registers 71 degrees celsius, 8 to 10 minutes total. Toast buns on the grill.
6. Combine mayonnaise and 1 tsp. Sriracha in a small bowl. Combine ketchup and the remaining 1 tsp. Sriracha in another small bowl. Spread the mayonnaise sauce on buns and top with the burgers, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Serve with the sweet potatoes and the ketchup sauce for dipping.

We all love pancakes, and if you’re starting out on a diet or just looking for a way to mix up your morning routine, give these a try! And the flavour possibilities are endless by adding your favourite flavoured protein powder 🥞

Directions:
1. Blend up all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
2. Heat up a flat pan and spray down with cooking spray, or melt a small amount of butter.
3. For perfect sized pancakes, pour 1/4 cup of mixture on the pan.
4. When the pancakes start to bubble on the top, it’s time to flip!
5. Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
