Following our recent opening and overwhelming support from our community. Shepparton Access is expanding, and our EcoCafé, with a difference is looking for a BARISTA / CAFE ASSISTANT to join our amazing team.
EcoCafé Enterprises is a Social Enterprise of Shepparton Access all abilities Learning and Lifestyle Hub.
Our aim is to provide an inclusive space where all members of the community can gather, while people with disabilities are given opportunities to work and connect.
You will work alongside our participants as they learn new skills and gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, enabling pathways to employment.
When you work at our EcoCafé, you’re more than an employee – you are part of a social enterprise that supports our participants to be part of our community.
