Our members help active Australians maximise their exercise goals with credible nutrition. Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA) is the peak professional body for sports dietitians in Australia. Our vision is that Accredited Sports Dietitians are recognised as an integral part of a committed athlete's team helping them achieve their health and performance goals. Sometimes, posts may include information that could be relevant in various sports nutrition contexts.
We are excited to announce that we will be launching the Sports Dietitians Australia Affiliate membership level this week. This membership will be open to health professionals who support athletes alongside our Sports Dietitians (exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, sports medicine, strength & conditioning, and more).

How was this three years ago? Time flies.
Here's a snapshot of our SDA members doing their thing in Tokyo amid COVID. It's not just about planning out athlete meals, but also preparing them, handing out fluids during a race, naming and organising lunch packs, cutting up hundreds of kilograms of fruit, setting up the food pantry before athletes arrive and more. They do it all! ππ
