Inspired by the view of the botanical gardens, Hot Black endeavoured to create a seamless transition from the view to the interiors, bringing the outdoors in. This was achieved through a warm and natural palette of earthy tones, light timbers, joinery incorporating planting and exposed services to the ceiling. 💚⁠

A material board doesn’t just tantalise the eyes, but stimulates the senses. It’s a key experience that helps to fill in the sensory gaps during the conceptual stage of design.

Layers of warmth through both colour and texture elicit a sense of organic cohesiveness for this upcoming project 🧡 ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

Dappled in the soft Melbourne light, InEight's rediscovery of the post-covid workplace reinforces collaboration, flexibility & innovation.⁠

A space to support learning, the centralised training room is flanked with pockets of independent working opportunities, communal amenities and informal spaces for teamwork. ⁠

Soft greens and warm timbers celebrate the existing architectural facade that envelopes the space, with intentional colour blocking eliciting a sense of focused energy to take on the next challenge ✨ ⁠⁠⁠

Located in Urban Collingwood, the unique local demographic drove the design language that celebrates layers of history, quirky creativity and effortless charm. ⁠

The focus was to create a space that naturally celebrated various ways of working; an open planned workplace supported by an activated work cafe upon entry and a variety of meeting spaces available throughout 💻 ⁠⁠

Branding that pops! 🍔 With interiors and branding all undertaken in-house, 300 GRAMS is a compact, orange-hued burger shop inspired by our client’s nostalgic feelings⁠ for the original 80’s McDonald’s outlet further down the⁠
road. ⁠⁠⁠

And just like that... Hot Black's first new build project is out of the ground! 🏡⁠ We're excited to see our arch team grow, moving from strength to strength! 💪 ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠
