Welcoming TVS to the street,
Drawing inspiration from the contemporary coastal vernacular, the facade exudes a timeless allure, enriching the local environment and street character. The Ward Street development has taken a new and exciting approach to Build-to-Rent, aspiring to be a ready-to-go landing pad for young professionals, bachelors or busy families who would like a rental with all the luxurious comforts of everyday life, ready to go. Each dwelling comprises 2 car spaces, 2 bedrooms, a private courtyard, and a grand north-facing covered balcony spanning three levels.
A generous common area has been provided for the tenants to hold social gatherings, surrounded by high quality landscaping. The layout has been thoughtfully spatial planned to elevate the living experience to new heights, every aspect being considered to work in harmony. Each apartment block has been designed in complementary pairs, with the façade being strategically offset to sculpt the built environment and ensure maximum privacy for residents. This instils a profound sense of ownership and autonomy, the architecturally treated pedestrian entries warmly embrace the street.

Meet Antoinette,
Antoinette’s love affair with TVS architects began many years ago and has continued to burn brightly. Her passion for high end interiors and excitement for business has been the driving force behind the expansion of TVS Interiors. Her unrelenting pursuit to create spaces that not only captivate the eye but also stir the soul opens new avenues for interiors at TVS, broadening the spectrum to encompass a diverse range of bespoke projects. Opulent residences, sophisticated offices and meticulously tailored joinery are on the list of her favourites.
If you’ve been wondering why she’s been playing hide and seek around here lately, it’s because she’s probably responding to your emails whilst seated in the midst of a historic bar just a stone’s throw away from her home office in the heart of Florence. Antoinette’s insatiable zest for life propels her back and forth between the vibrant landscapes of Australia and Europe, all in the pursuit of fresh inspiration to infuse into her design projects. Her creative spirit burns brightly, illuminating the path for all things daring and unconventional.

Meet Emerson,
One of youngest team members Emerson Roqica-Qalo
Emerson embarked on his architectural journey with us in 2021 and has been on a continuous journey of growth ever since. As he approaches the completion of his undergraduate studies at the end of this year, Emerson is determined to channel his cultural heritage and architectural prowess into designing spaces that leave a lasting impact. His enthusiasm for design development and construction fuels our excitement as we eagerly anticipate the contributions he will bring to our team in the future.
Outside of the office if not sketching and reading, Emerson finds relief in staying active and unwinding by the water. In addition to his architectural pursuits, he serves as the head of our in-house fitness motivator getting the team to get up and move their body, showcasing his commitment to a well-rounded lifestyle. Currently, Emerson is dedicated to preparing for the GC marathon, exemplifying his passion and determination in both professional and personal endeavours.
Designed to experience a new standard of living. Grandeur is not just a statement but a way of life. The Solaris lobby has been contemplated to step you through the grand entrance with ease and wrap you up in simplistic and familiar natural materials. Travertine, raw timber and straw is juxtaposed with mirrored panels and venetian plaster.

Libraries have evolved beyond book lending to become dynamic and collaborative spaces. Serving as economic incubators and learning hubs, libraries now empower communities for self-education. The design of Forster Library provides vibrant interior and outside environments, with a myriad of different spaces for individuals to use. The well-being of users and staff has been a design focus so users resonate with the interior environments and are drawn to return for future visits.
With a mixed-use urban design, the library seamlessly integrates with the commercial, retail and residential spaces, enhancing economic and accessible infrastructure. The design drew inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape and created a harmonious fusion of functionality and aesthetics. Feedback from staff and users has been incredibly positive and the Centre is already popular with the community as a place to go.
Thank you Matthew Carbone for the amazing photography!
The Solaris Civic Precinct, master-planned by TVS, encompasses a vibrant mix of community facilities, restaurants, retail, medical, residential, and retirement living. Home to the recently completed Forster Library, the new facilities for Midcoast City Council provide the Forster community with unparalleled state-of-the-art amenities.
The Civic Centre comprises a Visitor Information Centre, Customer Service Centre, Library, Community Centre and Public Plaza. There is accommodation for 150 staff across three office spaces. The 2000 square metre library, spanning two levels, features dedicated spaces such as a gallery, quiet rooms, a family history room, a podcast room, and an outdoor area. The various uses are connected via the Community Lounge, a large internal atrium space that also functions as an event space. A dedicated commercial kitchen services the space and the four adjoining meeting/activity rooms. These community spaces are flexible and adaptable, being designed for events and performances, and will provide an ongoing revenue stream for the council.
Thank you Matthew Carbone for the amazing photography!

Meet Christopher,
A TVS Architects Associate and current NSW migrant since 2020.
Chris’ first foray into the world of design and architecture began in school before completing his Diploma of Building Design which kickstarted his career and left him begging for more. He entered the where he completed his studies while working part time at a local firm. After many late nights, he decided it wasn’t enough and moved to Brisbane where he joined the team. His expertise lies mostly with low-rise medium density residential projects and is currently applying his skills to other large-scale and commercial projects.
When not in the office, he’s likely to be on a camping trip or hiking through the wilderness on another adventure. He likes running and staying healthy but doesn’t mind hanging out at home and tending to his tomato plants when it’s time to relax.
Environmental design principles were carefully considered when designing the facade design of our most recent health building. If you’re curious to know more get in touch, we would love to hear from you 📧 ✍️

Incredible light play at the Rho Fiera Convention Centre in Milano for the 2023 Salone del Mobile - arguably the worlds largest fair for architects and designers around the Globe!
Stay tuned for our favourites from the Salone del Mobile!
“Just like an alphabet, the Salone is a system of connections and opportunities and an emotion: it transmits energy, positivity, enthusiasm, initiative – all suggestions that Gio Pastori's pop and contemporary collages, certainly new to the Salone, manage to transmit with immediate force”. SITE VISIT ~ INTERIORS | Midcoast City Council Civic Centre
We have been quiet lately with lots of our projects on site. We are beginning to really see the space firm up as the sheeting is mostly complete, the joinery fabrication has begun and the first pieces have been put in!
We can’t wait to see the advancement of the joinery and especially can't wait to see the beautiful Milliken Floors come in either.
We have to give a huge thanks to the various trades involved and to our wonderful project manager within MCC, we are very excited to share more updates as the site progresses.
Up on the drawing board - North Star Medical Centre is a proposed for a site in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct at Southport. The building is being designed using the UDIA Queensland EnviroDevelopment certification tool to a 5 standard. Leasing is well advanced, with medical research businesses and medical specialists signing up for space in the state-of-the-art facilities. The DA has been lodged, with approval expected early this year. Will keep you posted as the design progresses.
Thank you to the amazing team at for breathing life into our dreams!
