This dish is recommended for vegetarians or

-Hoa Hung Tofu-Cube and fried vegetable ankake sauce-

Ankake is a delicious sauce, thickened by potato starch.
Deep fried tofu(Hoa Hung Tofu Cube) and fried vegetable ankake sauce can be the main dish.

This time I used Eggplant, red and yellow pepper and carrots.

Add the fried ingredients to the Mentsuyu soup and heat it in a pan
And simmer for a few minutes.

Add 1 dinnerspoon of water to 1 dinnerspoon of potato starch ( katakuriko) to make a paste
And mix through.

Some people may not know how to cook OKARA.
Actually, it can be used for various dishes and deserts.

This time I tried it with a Hamburg Steak.

Mix 500g of minced meat with 100g of OKARA,
Chopped fried onion, 1 egg, Salt’n’papper until well mixed.

Pan fried well.

This time I made Wasabi butter soy sauce.

2table spoon of butter, 100ml of mentsuyu, cooking sake, 30ml of mirin and
Reduced to a thick sauce.

Add wasabi in the sauce.

先日ご紹介した新商品のおからですが、使い方がよくわからないという方も
いらっしゃるかと思います。
今回は一番使いやすいであろうおからハンバーグを作ってみました。

500gのミンチ肉に100gのおからを混ぜて、卵1個に炒めた玉ねぎ、塩胡椒を振って
粘りが出るまで混ぜたらこんがり焼きます。

今回はワサビバター醤油ソースで😀
小さじ2杯のバターを鍋で溶かして、100mlのめんつゆ、料理酒、30mlのみりんを煮詰めていきます。
最後に溶かしたわさびを加えて出来上がり！

Saikyo Yaki Sordfish

Saikyo Yaki is the dish of grilled fish (or meat) marinated in “ Saikyo Miso”

Mix it 50g of Saikyo Miso, 1 Dinner spoon of cooking sake & Mirin.
Put sordfish in sauce.

* I recommended marinating time is 1~3 days.
And please watch carefully when you grilled.
Marinated fish is easy to burn.

Wipe off the sauce on the fish before grilled.
Grilled it on medium heat.

メカジキを西京焼きにしてみました！
脂が乗っていてとても美味しくできました😋

西京味噌50gに大さじ1杯の料理酒とみりんを加えて混ぜた漬け汁にメカジキを漬けます。

漬け置く時間は1〜3日をお勧めします。日数と共に旨味が増します。
焼く前には魚に付いているソースを綺麗に拭き取り、焼く時は中火でじっくり焼きます。
漬け込んだ魚は焦げやすいので気をつけてください。
美味しそうな色に焼けたら、いただきまーす❣️

Honda Foods IZAKAYA MENU !

The first IZAKAYA selection was Salted chicken skin stick
And the second is called SUKIYAKI stick!

The ingredients used was HOA HUNG TOFU CHIPS, Beef brisket slices,
And seasoning was simply Mentsuyu and Sugar.

Wrap the tofu chips with beef slices and skewer with the cut spring onions.
Put in a heated frying pan, sprinkle sugar while frying.
add mentsuyu as you like (do not over fill)

第一弾目は鶏皮の塩焼きでしたが、今回は串すき焼きです😋

使う食材はHonda Foodsで人気のブリスケットのスライス肉と、
HOA HUNG TOFU Chipsです。

HOA HUNG TOFU Chipsをスライス牛肉で巻き、ねぎまのようにネギを挟みながら
串に刺し、焼いてる間に砂糖を振り入れ、色が付くくらいのめんつゆ少々で焼くだけ！

Honda Foods Japanese Fine Food Store updated their address.

● Recipe Using Fried Tofu ●

Laksa Somen ( for tow people)

This is not an authentic laksa recipe but easy to make at home ☺️

① Using HOA HUNG Fried Tofu triangle.

② stir fry bite size pieces chicken with garlic

③ Add 1 table spoon of Thai red or yellow curry paste and stir fry well

④ Add 2 cups water, 330ml coconut milk and stew

⑤ Add fish sauce and 1 table spoon chicken stock powder and continue to cook

⑥ Add your favorite ingredients.
This time we used Shimegi,pea,carrot,yellow pepper,spring onion

⑦ Put all the ingredients expect the spring onion in a pan and cook until soft

⑧ Add Somen to pot of boiling water and drain it when it becomes soft.

⑨ Put Somen in a bowl and pour Laksa soup.
garnish with Spring onion.

● ラクサ風そうめん ● （2人分）

伝統的なラクサのレシピではなく、あくまで“風”ですが、ご家庭で簡単に作れるレシピです☺️

① 使用するのはHOA HUNGのFried Tofu Triangleです。

② 1口サイズに切った鶏肉をニンニクと炒めます。

③ タイのレッドカレーかイエローカレーどちらでもお好みで。
　 鶏肉と一緒によく炒めます。

④ 水2カップ、ココナツミルク330mlを入れて煮込みます。

⑤ お好みの風味までフィッシュオイルを入れ、チキンストックパウダー大さじ1を入れて味を整えたら、Fried Tofu Triangleを入れて煮込みます。

⑥ お好みの具材を用意。今回は、しめじ、絹さや、人参、黄パプリカ、葱を使用。

⑦ 葱以外のすべての具材を鍋に入れ、柔らかくなるまで煮込む。

⑧ そうめんを熱湯で茹で、柔らかくなったら湯切りをする。

⑨ 湯切りしたそうめんを器に入れラクサスープを注ぐ。トップに葱をちらせたら、
　いただきまーっす❣️

● Recipe Using FIRM TOFU ●

Let’s make a QUICHE !😋

① Using HOA HUNG Firm Tofu

② Mix Five eggs,

③ take 1pack of firm tofu crush and mix with beaten eggs.
Mix 1&1/2 tea spoon of chicken stock powder and also add
1/2 tea spoon of salt’n’papper

④ Add your favorite ingredients.
This time we used the leftovers that were in the fridge.
First we caramelized one onion,1/2 carrot, frozen peas, ham and
Some grated cheese.
＊Saving some cheese to cover the top.

⑤ we used some frozen puff pastry to line a well grease 18cm baking tray.

⑥ after the pastry has been pressed in to tray take a folk and pierce the pastry.

⑦ Combine all ingredients and

⑧ Bake for 30min on 200℃ in a pre heated oven.

⑨ Add your favorite salad and Bon Appetit❣️

●木綿豆腐キッシュを作ってみよう！●

18cmの型に入る分量です。

① 使用するお豆腐は、HOA HUNG TOFUのFirm Tofu です。

② 卵5個をよく混ぜて、

③ Firm Tofu 1パック分を手で潰しながら①に入れ、
　 チキンストックパウダー小さじ1半、塩胡椒小さじ半分を入れてよく混ぜる

④ お好みの具材をなんでも入れてください☺️
　 今回は冷蔵庫の余り物を利用して、玉ねぎ1個と人蔘半分をキツネ色になるまで
　 炒めたものと、冷凍グリーンピース、ハム、ピザ用のチーズを使用。
✳︎最後にトップにチーズを乗せてください。

⑤ 冷凍のパイシートを型に合わせて切り、バターを塗った18cmの型にはめこみます。

⑥ 貼り付けた後はフォークで全体を刺します。

⑦ すべてを混ぜ合わせたら型に流し込みます。

⑧ 温めておいたオーブンで、200℃で30分ほど焼きます。

⑨ サイドにサラダを添えて、いただきまーっす❣️
