Our Swan Hill and Cohuna offices will be closed from Friday the 29th of March and re opening on Tuesday the 2nd of April.

Our Brighter Day fund-raising event is happening this coming Saturday the 17th!

Pop down to Ohana House for food, face painting, our raffle and just overall GOOD VIBES 😎

We will be advertising the raffle prizes in the coming days on our socials so keep your eyes peeled (if you want to purchase tickets and can't come to the event- swing us a message!)

Don't forget all profit made from our event is donated to this incredibly important cause so please get behind it and we hope to see you there 💛

Feel Good Friday… well we are still on cloud 9 from having so many amazing people join us yesterday! So on that note, todays feel good post will be about how we can help you with your support coordination journey

Support coordination in simple terms, is what puts your NDIS plan into action!

This means your support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

We aim to provide insight, encouragement and confidence within our team, ensuring you always feel supported and valued.

The Girls & Blaze have been working hard to get it set up so we can have a warm, welcoming environment. Along with the help of some amazing volunteers, we are truly greatful for your help.

What an amazing young man he is with an incredibly supportive mother and family.

We are so lucky to work with you Bailey,

Baileys story can be found on page 5 of the NDIS booklet created by the Swan Hill Guardian.

We love feedback from our clients, and we are lucky enough to have numerous clients who have feel good stories about there experiences with NDIS.

Lisa has received Support Coordination from us since the beginning of her NDIS journey,

Lisa’s story can be found on page 6 in the NDIS booklet provided by the Swan Hill Gaurdian (and what an amazing job they do creating this book might we add!)

Lisa has since stopped playing bowls, but she continues to support her husband playing.

Introducing Chelsea!

Chelsea is one of the local support coordinators in the swan hill office, currently studying her certificate 3 in disability. Chelsea is new to the NDIS sector and is upskilling her knowledge weekly.

Chelsea brings such a positive vibe to all that meet her, she thrives to make the impossible, possible.

Chelsea has a passion for all things equine. She enjoys spending her time with her family and teaching her daughter to ride horses.

Introducing Neisha!

Neisha was introduced into the NDIS sector with her son Bailey, self managing his plan taught her a lot of skills in regards to coordinating supports. Neisha has been increasing her knowledge within the NDIS sector by completing her cert 4 in disability.

Neisha has life experience and training with ASD, and continues to upskill her knowledge within this sector.

We are so honoured to have such a humble person on our team, Neisha has the ability to look at the positives in all situations.

Neisha enjoys spending quality time with her family, supporting her local footy club and continuing her passion doing make up artistry work.

Introducing Roz!

Roz is the Support Coordination Manager in the Swan Hill office. With over 10 years experience in the disability and aged care sector she is able to provide a positive insight on ensuring our participants are well cared for. Roz has always enjoyed caring for people, still working actively as a Nurse we are very greatful to have someone so talented on our team.

Roz is always upskilling her knowledge within the NDIS sector and is currently training to do level 3 Coordination of Supports.

Roz enjoys being with her 2 children, horse riding and being outdoors.
