Today, the Affective Care team took a break to connect over morning tea in honour of R U OK? Day—a national reminder of the power of asking, "𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺?" It’s about more than just words; it’s about reaching out, truly listening, and supporting each other through life’s ups and downs.

At Affective Care, our commitment to mental health extends beyond our clients—it starts with our own team. Sharing stories, laughter, and a meal, we embraced the importance of checking in with one another. It’s moments like these that strengthen our bonds and reaffirm our shared mission of care and support. 💬🌟

Let’s remember: a conversation can change a life, and it’s always the right time to ask, "𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆?" Let’s keep spreading kindness and looking out for each other—not just today, but every day.
