My aim is to make all women feel empowered to attend so here’s a few things that might help

As plans are underway for the end of year celebrations I thought it was a perfect time to reflect on the incredible events throughout 2022.

When creating Real Chats I said to myself if I can impact one person then I have succeeded. Over the past 9 months this community has continued to expand and the amazing women only continue to return.

I can’t wait for this community to continue to grow in 2023, but for now I’ll reflect on how far everyone has come🤍

Getting into a flow with setting and achieving goals in the second half of 2022 has been more challenging than anticipated. With that said, it’s also important to let go of the immense pressure we can place on ourselves at times to constantly achieve. Sometimes all it takes is rethinking and resetting our goals so they better align to what we are striving for. 📝

Some questions you may want to ask yourself if you can’t seem to reach the goals you have set out to achieve.

➡Who are you achieving this goal for? Yourself or others?

➡Where is the pressure coming from to complete this goal? Is this amount of pressure required and if so, why?

➡What are you hoping to gain from completing your intended goal? Does the goal align with this need/want?

➡Are there other ways to achieve the goal without applying as much pressure?

➡Do you have the right people around you to help you reach your goal?

Receiving feedback from the women that our attend events reinforces that we are fulfilling our purpose… to facilitate deep connection and conversations with other women 💕

On our amazing community spent the morning in Coogee, cleaning up the surrounding parks as a small, but important way to give back and create a more sustainable world.

We discussed what actions we are currently taking to live a more sustainably, and how as women, we can continue to make small changes.

Some of the commitments made included:

💵changing banks to more ethical and sustainable institutions
🩲swapping tampons for menstrual cups &
🥛reusing glassware for food storage &
👗minimising fast fashion purchases

These are only a few small ways we can make a change, we encourage you to check out for more information.

We believe that being a young woman in today's society can be tough. That's why we think it's important to stay connected and talk about the things that matter to us as individuals. We believe everyone has the right to choose their own path in life and we want to encourage and celebrate each of our unique journeys.

What an amazing morning, spent with incredible women. The vulnerability and connection was more than we could have ever hoped for 💕
