During Optometrist Yeghia’s most recent mission in Armenia, Yeghia also met with the President of the Armenian Optometry Association, Dr Ruzanna Melikyan and discussed clinical cases.
Our principal optometrist has now returned to our clinic from his overseas mission where he collaborated with ophthalmologists and other health professionals from around the world to provide much needed access to eyecare. The experience was also mutually beneficial for Yeghia who gained a wealth of experience practicing and observing in overseas clinics across hospitals, regional clinics and schools.
Our principal optometrist, Yeghia Gharibian, recently travelled overseas to help co-facilitate the optometry component of the 21st International Conference organised by The Armenian EyeCare Project (AECP)-Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).
