🇨🇳 Fried dumplings are made differently all over China, the most common one must be the on fried on the bottom and then steamed by adding water into the pan, however, in Nanjing, we makes it a little different, we deep fried it‼️

🥟 To make Nanjing Beef Pan-fried Dumplings, hot water must be used when mixing the dough for extra softness ✨The wrappers should be a bit thicker than normal dumplings to allow different textures from the outside to the inside 🥩The meat filling should taste sweet and salty. Cooking should be done in a huge iron pan, and oil should be added twice ✌🏻
