We might not be Roman but we know how to make a top tier pizza. Baked everyday using a focaccia base, our pizza.

Norma’s can be a confusing place because Norma herself is a confusing woman.

However once you get to know it, it feels like home. Either from Rialto or the Corso you’ll be greeted with an immersive performance. The bar is bustling, cakes are glossy, sandwiches are packed and baristas are heavy on the pour. Sit back and let Norma do the cooking - open from 8am - 5pm everyday 🇬🇷💙

A whole basque cheesecake, Norma’s idea of a cheeky treat. A charred exterior, rich + creamy in the centre, served across the bench with nothing more than a fork.

Sitting pretty on our front bakery counter daily 💙 Can be purchased full, or by the slice.

Our extended long weekend hours making it easy for your favourite trio to indulge in a bottle (or two) of their chosen Chardonnay.

We’ll be open until 6 on Saturday and Sunday with the bar closing at 5. So, come pull up a chair next to Norma, fill up a glass, and let her unload her wisdom (she might even spill on some secret ingredients).

This Thursday April 25th, the deli will be open from 7AM-4PM (or until sold out).

We ask you to join her downstairs for an early espresso and sweet treat.

The bar knows best, so drink what they’re having.

[Left] Basket Range Rosé from Adelaide Hills. This beauty is dry, flavoursome, textural, bright and slightly acidic.

[Right] La Petit Mort Orange from Ballandean. This exciting aromatic and textural wine was created using ancient winemaking techniques, meaning the wine sits for a total of 231 days on skins in clay.

A new tart graced our bakery bench on the weekend 🍒 It was a seasonal fruit tart with crème patissiere, nestled on a buttery shortbread crust. Upon closer inspection, you might have even glimpsed your own reflection—p.s. petition to bring it back this weekend starts now.

Today we celebrate 1 year of Norma’s 🎂

From this Thursday (December 21st) our doors will be open from 8AM-6PM everyday, until further notice. This includes all public holidays right up to the New Year. But here’s the deal: Christmas Day is our day to soak up precious moments with loved ones, revel in traditions and savour those heartfelt family recipes. So, we will be closed - but don’t fret, we will be back to greet you with the warmth of the bakery on Boxing Day from 8AM ❤️
