Agnolotti Porcini 💛

Every morning, our Pasta Chef Lucia hand rolls the agnolotti pasta, delicately filling each piece with ricotta and parmesan. Agnolotti Porcini originates from the Piedmont region in Northern Italy, traditionally shaped as square or rectangular pasta parcels filled with various ingredients.

We complete the dish with porcini mushrooms and a delicious Taleggio fondue. House-made pasta at its finest. Bellissimo!
