'Today I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to present for the team and talk about changing perceptions around what health and fitness is.

We looked at 5 common problems that stand in people’s way when it comes to improving health and offered some solutions on how we can work towards making change in a positive way.

I think one of the first places to look is what’s your WHY?
What are the motivating factors? What benefits do you get for working on your health and fitness?

That’s going to different for everyone and there is no right or wrong. But if you know why you are doing something it makes it a lot easier to follow through.

Massive celebrations over here at BBA Group these past few weeks. Our last road trip to Launceston for 2022 saw us break the national record for a fundraiser in sales with our very own Caroline achieving 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ sales in a week. Something that has never been done before in Mark’s 20+ years in the business. Not only that we had Ellie, Tom, Alex and Lara all smashing out personal bests for themselves and getting some pretty insane scores that helped us achieve a company wide PB for BBA Group since we incorporated 3 years ago. To say that we are proud is a bloody understatement!! Can’t wait to see what’s next in store for 2023! Remember “everything seems impossible until it’s done” 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Last week we had the pleasure of Mark’s own personal trainer usc coming in to give an amazing workshop on wellness. So much of what we do in the field comes down to what we do out of the field as well! 💪🏽🧘‍♀️🏃‍♀️🍎

Last week was pretty special for Chris and Caroline. They were taken on an industry networking trip for upcoming owners to Kuala Lumpur where they got to go to a white party, learn from sales masters and take in the sites! It’s amazing to see this after the last two years of no travel. We are excited for the next one!

This week we have most of our office away in Tasmania on a road trip 🚗. Handling the show back up in Sydney is our very own Caroline. Caroline has started to get involved in the recruitment side of the business recently and we can’t wait to watch her grow!

345 sales between 7 consultants! The Launceston squad did not disappoint. 💪🏽 We want to say a massive congrats to Chris 👏🏻 who led the team stunningly throughout the road trip. This is Chris’ umpteenth time to Tasmania with BBA Group so he knows the recipe and what it takes. He always pulls out insane numbers for himself and he also managed to sn**ch up a new team PB of 206 sales in a week! Massive congrats as well to Dan, Lena, Caroline, Ally, Nuno and Amelie for their sales and leadership!

Is this the scene from Lion King or our office celebrating the end of 2021? We know we are already in January but we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the insane year we had. We managed to grow with some incredible individuals despite all the challenges it posed. We are proud of everyone in the team, whether you have been with us for a month or 4 years. We know 2022 is going to be huge!
