Celebrating our one-year-anniversary in Manly🎉 1500 + serves sold since opening, people loved our signature XO Crab fried rice from the first second they smelled it! Blue swimmer crab is wok-fried in our house-made XO sauce and topped with crab floss and flying fish roe. So delicious that it can be enjoyed as the main for the night by its own.

The XO sauce recipe takes several hours to make and calls for costly ingredients such as dried shrimp and dried scallops. The dried seafoods are finely chopped and blended with garlic, chilli, Spanish onion, black beans and other secret spices that give the sauce incredibly rich flavours.
