We had an absolute fabulous morning attending the Moranbah Under 8’s Day at the Moranbah State School where there was plenty on offer 🎉🎈🫧🚒

It was great to see Moranbah’s youngest community members with teachers, parents and carers out in force to enjoy all the activities at this year’s event.

The Olive Downs Complex team were kept busy on the ground at our “Dig for Coal Display” with many enjoying finding a piece of coal or two. We also assisted setting up the chillout zone for those who just needed a rest on a bean bag along with donating the take home bags for the day.

Events like these that support the Moranbah Community are so important to this region and the team are very proud to be a part of them.

Today staff members from the Olive Downs Complex attended the Careers Day Expo hosted by the Moranbah State High School.

Our representatives were happy to actively interact and discuss career opportunities with students in years 10,11 & 12 from the surrounding High Schools in the Isaac region.

This was our first time attending the event and we already can’t wait for the next one!! Congratulations Moranbah State High School on hosting a terrific Careers Day Expo 👏👏

Congratulations to the Moranbah BMX Club on your Weekend of Madness event held over the weekend.

Pembroke are proud to partner and sponsor these type of events bringing the local community together and supporting volunteer lead and grass roots associations.

Not only did we sponsor the event but we were able to assist the club by providing additional shade and prizes for all the participation riders.

We are very excited to announce the Olive Downs Expo will be hosted by none other than QLD legend Ben Hannant, NRL Grand Final winner with the Broncos in 2006 and the Cowboys in 2015. The Polar Bear will be at the Olive Downs Expo on 20 April in Moranbah!

Please be advised that there will be a temporary road closure on Parella Street for the Pembroke Community Expo on April 20, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 🛑

Clermont 🟣 Loop - 2 x Departures and 2 x Return Trips
