It is a promising step in raising awareness of a condition that, according to the article, close to 1 million Australians live with, yet many are unaware of.

The article references Australia's food icon, Maggie Beer, who leads a world first social experiment to transform the meals and dining experience at an aged care home. It also responds to the alarming statement that people with dysphagia tend to eat and drink less because it's harder for them, potentially leading to malnutrition and dehydration.
