🧑🍳Actions in making our Saturday special: Filleting the king salmon, roll it in pastry. Place the lattice over the King Salmon and Lobster en Croûte, wrapping it all around at the base and cutting off any excess. Then brush the lattice with beaten egg, then sprinkle herbs & sea salt over the puff pastry.
