It’s bold, sweet, salty, fishy and funky all at once. Here is my bold & pungent contribution:

🤩 I couldn’t go past this Kung Pao Chicken I enjoyed at China Fusion Restaurant in the Sydney Inner West suburb of Marrickville. I think this chilli laden meal was probably the spiciest meal I’ve had in my life!! I’m talking lip numbing hot🔥🔥🤯🤯 from the generous amount of dried chillies used in the dish. Aside from the heat, it was also packed with flavour from sichuan pepper, and loads of garlic and ginger🌶️🧄👍
