Much like the Aurora Borealis lights up the deep-navy sky of the Arctic Circle, this beer dazzles the tastebuds and delivers punches of hop flavours against the dark, malty base. ABV 6.3%

Made by distilling barley wine and barrel-aging for four years, this is the very first whisky we've made, and we couldn't be more proud of it.

Rich aromas of dark chocolate, mocha and roasted barley, with hints of oak, vanilla, leather, and a touch of liquorice are an irresistible teaser for what is to come.

The flavours are toffee, chocolate-covered Turkish delight, and fruit cake, which are made even more sumptuous by the oily mouthfeel and long finish.

This ain't your everyday whisky - this is Mountain Goat whisky!

Introducing our Dalmation Black Pilsner 5.1%ABV. Our lastest brew offers a unique twist on the classic style. We brewed this smooth lager using dark roast malts to provide a balancing bitterness that will make your taste buds go bump in the night. The roast malt complexity contrasted w the crispness and drinkability of a lager. Brewed on King Street, limited edition pour!
