🎨 Our colour palette draws on the Bauhaus approach - signifying a return to simplicity and intentional design
🗡️ For our metal cut-out design, we took inspiration from Damascus Steel - a metal strengthened by chemistry
📐 Each shape that you see on the label has even been formed with mathematical precision!

Ever wonder what the science of a perfect pour is? At sörzero, it’s our chemistry-backed brewing process! 🍺🔍

Typically, non-alc beers are fermented just like a regular beer, with a few extra steps to take the alcohol away…

Going back to our roots in biotech, we decided to shake up the industry and brew sörzero from the molecule up, bypassing fermentation entirely.

The result? A brew that’s packed full of flavour with absolutely none of the alcohol. In fact, we’re the only Aussie brew to achieve a true 0.00% ABV rating 🥇

This is also how we got a super low 20 calories per can and 3X energy reduction in our brewing process! ⚡️

Make yourself some fresh summer mocktails with sörzero. Here’s an easy mocktail recipe that you could try to add more zing to your summer drinks. If you love the classic Mojito, here’s our rendition of the refreshing drink for the summer:

Sörzero Assam Ale Mojito
—
Ingredients:

- Sörzero assam ale (cold)
- Fresh mint leaves (as many as you’d like)
- Lime juice (to taste)
- 1 Tsp Golden syrup (or honey)
- Crushed ice

How to make:

1. Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and golden syrup.
2 Add crushed ice and top with sörzero.
3. Stir gently, and served cold
4. Enjoy it with friends!m or your loved ones!
