SPRING SAVOURIES!!! 👀 Dive into the season with our delicious pastries! Our roasted pumpkin galette features tender, caramelised pumpkin, the zucchini flower galette is light and flavorful and topped with a full battered zucchini flower coz you deserve it 🌼 Our fluffy tomato, basil pesto, and mozzarella focaccia is a classic and just so satisfying, and don’t miss the potato, bacon, truffle, and rosemary focaccia that’s a flavourful moreish delight. 🚨 Urgent Call for Help: Save Eight Puppies Fighting for Their Lives! 🚨

We urgently need your help to save eight precious puppies who are in a dire situation. Recently rescued from a rural property, these little ones arrived in critical condition. Tragically, one puppy was so ill that she had to be rushed to SASH, where she tested positive for the deadly parvovirus.

Now, the remaining seven puppies are also showing symptoms and receiving critical care across Sydney. Finding vets equipped to handle their treatment has been an uphill battle, and the stress of this situation is overwhelming.

Why We Need Your Help:
💔 Medical Costs: Treating parvo is incredibly expensive, and with eight puppies needing urgent care, our vet bills are skyrocketing.
🏥 Immediate Care: Each puppy requires intensive treatment that will cost thousands of dollars.

Hey Everyone, we usually post on our socials if we sell out and close earlier than planned 🤳🏽Whilst our opening hours were 9-3 today, we sold out of all pastries & donuts by 1.30pm. Unfortunately at the time I was involved in an animal rescue situation that was pretty serious, and did not have my phone on me to check and post 🐾 I know some people are very disappointed they came in the last hour to find the door closed. I sincerely apologise I was not able to post here to let everyone know 🫶🏽 I’m really sorry if you made the trip for nothing. I try my very best to communicate as well as I can, but am also just one person.

📢 **A Bittersweet Farewell to Our Little Surry Hills Store** 🥐💕

After 6 fun years between and .sina.sydney we’ve made the decision to close the doors of our Holt Street Store. While this cozy spot has brought us many wonderful memories, it’s simply become too small for the big dreams we have for Miss Sina and we’re struggling with the size.

We’ve been so grateful for the love and support from our incredible customers, and we are excited to continue serving you for a few more weeks. So make the most out of it and enjoy the treats whilst you can, including our new Matcha Menu launching tomorrow 🍵We’ll be announcing our last week of trade shortly.

The good news? Our Marrickville flagship store is still open 7 days a week and ready to fill your days with the delicious pastries you love! 🍰✨And we’ll be looking for a second bigger location soon!

Definitely learned a lot on Friday (like being a person short on opening night isn’t fun) and can’t wait to make our dinners even better.
