🚦 Traffic Tip Tuesday: Understanding Amber Lights! 🟡
When you see a yellow (amber) traffic light in NSW, you must stop at the amber light if it’s safe to do so.
👉 Remember, you’re required to stop unless it’s unsafe—like when you’re too close to safely halt without causing a potential hazard. Failing to comply can lead to penalties!
Stay safe and aware on the roads! 🛑
🚥 Welcome to Traffic Tidbits Thursday! Did you know that in some parts of the world, a car horn is more than just a warning signal? It’s a way to say 'hello'! 🚗👋
🌟 Join the Conversation: Got an interesting traffic fact or story from your country? Share it in the comments or send us a message. We’d love to feature your insights in our next post! 🌍
🚗 Lock Up & Secure! It’s easy to forget, but leaving your car unlocked, the keys in the ignition, or the windows open while you’re more than 3 meters away could cost you!
Under Road Rules 2014: 213 in NSW:
Fine: $129 for each infraction
Always double-check your vehicle before walking away. A simple habit can prevent unnecessary fines and keep your car secure! 🔐
🚗💨 Speeding Costs More Than You Think! Ever wonder what a speeding fine might set you back in NSW? From a few hundred to several thousand dollars, fines escalate quickly, especially for repeat offenses.
👉 Need Help? Got questions about traffic laws or need assistance with a fine? Message us or visit our website for expert legal advice. Stay safe and informed!

🚗 Traffic Tip Tuesday: Maintain Safe Following Distances! 🕒
Keeping a safe distance from the vehicle ahead is crucial for preventing accidents. The recommended following distance is at least three seconds under normal driving conditions. Here’s how you can measure this:
Pick a Marker: Choose an object on the side of the road, like a sign or power pole.
Count the Seconds: As the rear of the vehicle in front passes your marker, start counting: ‘one thousand one, two thousand two, three thousand three’.
Adjust Your Speed: If you pass the marker before you finish counting, you’re too close! Slow down and adjust the distance until you can count to three seconds.
🌧️ In Bad Weather: Increase the gap to four seconds on wet, gravel, or poorly lit roads to give yourself extra time to react.
Stay safe by giving yourself enough space to stop safely! 🛑

We’re deeply thankful to our clients for trusting us.
🚦 Right of Way Rules! In NSW, it's crucial to give way to users and animals on paths. Failing to do so not only risks safety but also leads to penalties.
👉 If a driver does not yield to pedestrians or animals on paths, they face a $387 fine and 3 demerit points. Let’s respect our shared spaces and keep everyone safe! 🚶♂️🐕
🚦 Keep Up the Pace! Driving too slowly isn't just a hassle; it's against the law under the Australian Road Rules. Moving significantly below the speed limit can disrupt traffic flow and create hazards.
👉 Make sure you’re driving at an appropriate speed, adhering to the maximum speed limits and not driving abnormally slowly for the circumstances, to keep our roads safe and efficient! 🛣️
🚗✋ Important Safety Reminder: Keep All Limbs Inside the Vehicle!
🚨 Driving with any part of your body outside, like hands on the window ledge or feet propped up, is illegal across Australia. It's not only unsafe but can also lead to hefty fines.
👉 Always keep hands and feet inside while driving to ensure safety for everyone on the road. Let’s respect the rules and drive safely! 🛣️
🚨 Driving in NSW comes with rules you might not be aware of! If you've ever eaten a meal, applied makeup, watched a movie, or even driven with your knees, you could be breaking the law. 🍔💄📺
Eating while driving is especially common, with 44% of Australian drivers admitting to doing so. But be warned, this could lead to a hefty fine of $514 and 3 demerit points for driving without proper control of the vehicle. 🚓🎫
Stay safe and stay in control behind the wheel!
🚨 Important Road Safety Update for NSW Drivers! 🚨
When you see an emergency vehicle stopped on the side of a road with a speed limit of 80 km/h or less, you must slow down to 40 km/h.
This new rule protects our emergency responders working close to traffic.
Let’s keep them safe!
