At Southern Cross Vet, we're dedicated to guiding you through every stage of your furry friend's growth and development - from vaccinations to diet and even castration/neutering.

In NSW, it's legally required to desex your pet unless you're planning to breed them. But don't worry, we're here to help you make the right decision for your pet and advise on the best time for surgery.

Every case is different, and we'll work with you to determine what's best for your furry family member.

Today, this little pup came in for a 🩸titre test, faecal PCR, and analysis to ensure that the prevention treatments are working effectively. Some puppies and breeds, like oodles, are prone to runny, soft stools, and it's crucial to determine the cause - whether dietary, parasitic, bacterial, viral, or inflammatory.

Me personally, as well our dedicated team at Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic Sydney are always committed to helping you provide the best possible care for your pets. Follow us for updates, tips, and expert advice on pet care!
