If you find your grip too small, try upsizing your grip size with a heat sleeve (by a full size or half a size). Might save you from abandoning your stick for a new one.

You will have added more weight to your stick overall but it is offset by more manuverability.

An easy DIY if you want to do this yourself. You only need a heat gun (or hairdryer if you don’t have one) and an exacto knife. Just don’t be silly with the exacto knife like I was….🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Who owns this racquet?

If your new years resolution is to improve your game and private lessons are out of your reach, start small and think about adjusting your string set up.

Maybe you don't have the right string and/or tension for your style of play.
Maybe your strings are dead and you are putting more effort into your swings than you need to. Your strings are the only piece of your equipment (for 99.9% of the time hopefully :D) that touches the ball. Make them work for you!

What to do with 4 very different spec’d racquets??

My solution:

When you are wanting to match 4 completely off spec racquets and it becomes impossible to match all 4, you can opt to create two sets of matching pairs. One matched pair for your most favoured playing spec and one for when you feel ultra fresh on a good day and can handle more SW.

Manufacturers make your racquet in mass production - unfortunately there are no ‘identifical’ racquets of the same model as each have slight variances with their build. Some manufactures are worse than others *cough* Wilson *cough*.
