DC_J*p achieved victory in Clubsprint at World Time Attack Challenge 2023 with their Subaru STi, clocking an impressive lap time of 1:32.919!

Reflecting on a remarkable year at World Time Attack Challenge2023, where Xtreme GTR piloted by Tim Slade and engineered by the famous Bradley Sherriff, triumphed in the Open Class with a record-breaking lap time of 1:25.92. We were privileged to play a part with our Carbon Fiber Aero package, which played a pivotal role in achieving unparalleled performance. This is evident with a lap time improvement of 1.5 seconds, even while crossing the line as a RB18 due to high inlet valve consumption.

Motorsport Fabricator Position Available!

We are looking for a motorsport fabricator who is motivated, committed, reliable, passionate about motorsport and takes great care and pride in their work.

The role involves fitting our aerodynamic and carbon fibre race components to our clients race vehicles. This requires a high attention to detail to fit our components with absolute accuracy and precision.

Applicants need to be experienced in:
- Modifying cars.
- Welding steel, chromoly steel, aluminium alloy using the TIG and MIG process.
- Accurately measuring for fitment of parts (laser levels, string line etc.)
- Cutting and notching tubes & RHS.
- Drilling and tapping.
- Trimming composites.

This Evo build is flawless in everyway and has been a showstopper the past year.
It features our Universal Carbon Dash - which originated from this model evo, rear carbon boot panels and rear seat delete with parcel shelf.

The Fastest Skyline R32 GTS-T to ever go around Bathurst was last year at the was the red rocket from Racetech Performance driven by the extremely skilled Bradley Sherriff.

Prior to our engagement with Brad, he shared concerns with only being able to see the sky and lack of grip at high speeds.
We had the privilege of manufacturing a splitter to suit the car and Dynamic Aero Solutions wing to help produce a balanced downforce package which managed to reduce the front wheel stands the car previously had.

Since then the car has ended up in a museum in Tasmania and is currently on the market.

Great collaboration with in making a carbon air box for this monster 7Lt Trophy Truck LS motor. finished it off with a custom filter to suit.

We had the pleasure of building a complete Carbon Fibre pre-preg car for where they will be competing in the in the coming week. From CAD drawings on a computer we were able to CNC machine a plug and manufacture a mould in house before producing an extremely lightweight carbon fibre and Nomex car. We wish the team all the best in the big race!

World Time Attack Challenge 2023 was yet again another huge success for our clients! 35% of the field were running Sydney Composites and Dynamic Aero Solutions components which has helped them achieve multiple PB’s and Podiums.

Western Sydney Solar Team have worked closely with our team to help build their Ted 5 - Unlimited 5.0 for the 2023 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge. We manufactured the plug, mould and pre preg aero body for this sleek looking solar car! Best of luck to the team for their race!

Our clients were out in full force this weekend at Aus Time Attack racing around Winton Raceway. This is starting to become the trend - Sydney Composites and DAS aero on winning cars!

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st year Apprentice to work with our team based in Wetherill Park. We are looking for a motivated, committed and reliable person who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst gaining extensive training through TAFE.

You will be taught state of the art manufacturing techniques, methods and processes to utilise materials such as carbon fibre, fibreglass and Kevlar in manufacturing new parts and also repairing existing.

If you have a passion for cars and Motorsport, this job would be highly suited to you.

Meet the fastest Supra at World Time Attack Challenge and fastest RWD for the Clubsprint class! Jonathan Wong has given us the privilege to build custom aerodynamic parts for his Mk5 Supra GR. Kyleengineers has done extensive CFD perfecting the splitter, rear diffuser and side skirts to maximise the WTAC Clubsprint rules which were then brought to life. We CNC machined custom moulds for each part in-house then manufactured light weight components that were chassis mounted.
Rear wing was designed by Dynamic Aero Solutions and Jonathan himself designed the wing mounts! We had the pleasure of manufacturing both the wing and mounts.
We are very pleased to see the huge reduction in lap times already with only a few track days - it can only get better!

We built and shipped an enormous underfloor aero package over and the results speak for them self! Package consisted of 4 custom canards, universal splitter customised to their cars measurements, flat floor and universal rear diffuser. 👏👏👏🥇🏆
