We’re thrilled to share our Thai and Lao culture with Sydney! 🇹🇭🇱🇦 Our restaurant’s story began when Tony, a Lao-born refugee, moved to Australia and worked his way up in the hospitality industry—from a dishwasher to the owner and Head Chef of our restaurant! As a child, Tony found joy and comfort in the beautiful Buddhist temples, and today, their stunning architecture inspires our restaurant’s interiors. It’s our way of honouring those special memories and bringing a touch of Lao tradition to every meal we serve!
