Today we had a busy Sunday catering onsite for 50 people. We catered for those that have special dietary requirements such as egg, peanuts and gluten free needs.

The homemade pork and veg rolls was a real pleaser especially among the kids. This entree was given a thumbs up with a 11/10 rating !

It’s been quite sometime we made Nyonya kuih and among all the Nyonya kuih, this is our favourite.

The salty sticky glutinous coconut rice on the bottom and topped with sweet pandan coconut custard is like a match made in heaven.

We named it Serimuka ( pretty face) due to the smooth surface and that is one steaming technique that took time to master.

They are so pretty, with natural green colour extracted from pandan leaves. The sticky rice is coloured with blue pea flower giving a unique blue purple blend.

More importantly, seri muka is absolutely delightful sweet, laden with coconut milk, with a nice sticky texture. They go extremely well with a cup of tea.
