Revisiting the beer that helped make us what we are today.
Originally known as "Bubble & Squeak", we first brewed our NEIPA back in 2016, when beers were still clear!
The haze craze has since taken over the world, and our NEIPA has evolved too.
But the basics remain true - juicy and soft on the palate, low in bitterness, and a harmonious blend of tropical hops on the nose.

Infrared Red IPA is one of our favourite seasonal releases.
A rich red malt base with a touch of rye, and hopped like a West Coast IPA.

Another long weekend is upon us.
To celebrate, we're going to be open all Monday from 11:30am till late, slinging beers and cocktails all day long.
And for good measure there's a DJ to get the party going in the beer garden all afternoon.

There'll be Smokey Brisket & Jerk Chicken available all weekend, courtesy of our friends 's Barbecue and Sauces.

Red's back baby!
Our seasonal red IPA "Infrared" is one of our favourite beers to re-brew.
Beautiful deep red hue, solid malt backbone, a touch of rye for a little spice, and dry-hopped like a West Coast.

We're talking sloooowwww cooked tender treats made with love and care. Served in one of the worlds most optimal food delivery systems, the taco!

They'll be here ready for action for our weekly Trivia night on Thursday from 4pm.

Tapping today! Brewed for the Inner West Hop Harvest Fest, Sauce Fresh Hop Pale Ale is oozing fresh Vic Secret hops that were jammed into the fermenter less than 24hrs after being picked. A pleasant grassiness blends with a big, soft orange juice flavour for a nicely balanced beer. 5.4%

The Inner West Hop Harvest Fest is running from Wed 24th to Sun 28th of May, across 10 Inner West breweries.
Pick up your festival passport, buy a fresh hop beer and collect a stamp. Collect them all and you can claim a free Hop Harvest T-shirt!
