Bend to the left side and lift your left leg until your elbow connects with your left knee.
Now go back to your original position, this is the pattern that you should follow to do this exercise correctly. Repeat that pattern until youโve completed the desired number of reps, then start working on the other side.

Bending alternate knees up towards your chest, slowly lift one knee as high as possible while keeping your body straight and return your foot to starting position.

Helps with your balance
Increasing core stability
Less strain on your joints.

Switch which leg you lead with half way through your workout so you strengthen both sides of your body equally.
