Burnout can happen to the best of us, but remember, you’re not alone! Here are some tips to help you bounce back and stay on top of your game:
1. Take some time off to relax and reenergize.
2. Spend time in nature: Do an activity that you enjoy outdoors.
3. Prioritise your physical health: Stay hydrated and increase your vegetable intake.
4. Schedule in regular breaks to avoid it happening again.
