MANGOES ARE BACK!
And so is our MANGO SORBET.

Seemed a bit of an early season but we don't mind, because these Kensington Pride mangoes were beautiful.

PINK GRAPEFRUIT SORBET WITH DARK CHOCOLATE AND COCOA

fresh pink grapefruit sorbet folded with melted dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa

RASPBERRY SORBET
We find that sometimes raspberry sorbet can be a little too "seedy", so we pass ours through a sieve to remove most of them. Little bit of extra effort, but we like the result.

COFFEE GELATO
Our coffee gelato is made using the Woolloomooloo blend from our friends at .

We make the espresso needed for this gelato right before it is churned, using the same method of weighing, distributing and timing our shots as we use for our coffee.

TARO GELATO
Milk based gelato made with fresh taro and a hint of coconut.

HONEYCOMB
House made honeycomb, covered in Belgian chocolate and folded through fior di latte gelato.

STRAWBERRY & RHUBARB
Strawberry gelato folded through with stewed rhubarb

STOUT GELATO

Warm up in this cold weather with our hearty Stout gelato, made with Coopers Extra Stout.

CARAMELISED WHITE CHOCOLATE & LEMON CURD

Lemon curd gelato folded through with crumbled caramelised white chocolate.

CHOC CHIP MINT

Fresh mint gelato with pieces of Belgian dark chocolate throughout.

POACHED PEAR, HAZELNUT & GINGER

Poached pear gelato folded through with candied ginger and roasted hazelnuts.

MACADAMIA & COCONUT CARARMEL
Australian Macadamia nuts are roasted and ground in-house to make this vegan macadamia gelato, then folded through with house made coconut caramel.

TIRAMISU - espresso soaked savoiardi layered through mascarpone and masala gelato and cocoa.

Just out.... AMARENA CHERRY - italian amarena cherries in syrup folded through fior di latte gelato.

Fresh mandarin sorbet infused with ginger.

PEACH SORBET - fresh Australian peaches churned into our lovely sorbet.

Just churned and ready to go in the display cabinet.

SALTED CARAMEL - house made caramel is used in the gelato and the caramel is also folded through the gelato with Maldon smoked salt flakes.

BUTTERMILK, MANGO & HONEYCOMB

BACIO - chocolate & hazelnut gelato with roasted hazelnut pieces.

MACADAMIA - made with australian macadamia nuts, lightly roasted and ground in-house.

ROCHER - gianduia gelato (chocolate & hazelnut) folded through with hazelnut and wafer pieces and melted belgian dark chocolate
