Rivareno gelato is stored and served at temperatures which are warmer than usual. This prevents the 'numbing effect' that cold temperatures have, meaning your palate can taste even better the full flavour of our gelato. This also contributes with the silky smooth, creamy texture. So if you notice our gelato doesn't stay frozen solid this is actually intentional, and a GOOD thing. Only chemical additives will prevent it from naturally melting.

Different countries speaking different languages, all have the same love for good gelato, especially gelato that has won numerous awards and received many accolades.

Rivareno has gained ground, opening the first store in Asia in November in Bali.
